Listen up, ladies: only “The Bachelor” is allowed to play the field.

While ABC‘s current stag can get away with dating dozens of lovelies at the same time before picking Mrs. Right, contestant Rozlyn Papa was given the boot for “inappropriate” behavior with show producer Ryan Callahan.

“This is the first time I have been cheated on (to my knowledge) and man, it sucks,” bachelor Jake Pavelka gripes in his People.com blog.

“I had started to develop feelings for Rozlyn and that’s why I had given her a rose. … I was so hurt by both of their decisions, but I reminded myself that I still had 14 amazing women there for me, so I composed myself and moved on. After Rozlyn left the show, a few of the girls admitted that they saw her and the staff member inappropriately physical with each other, to put it politically correct.”

Pavelka tells Us Magazine that he really fell for the 28-year-old contestant. After their date in the second episode, “I had strong feelings for Rozlyn. We had an unbelievable date,” the 31-year-old says in an interview airing Monday on the “Ellen DeGeneres Show.”

Yet he won’t divulge exactly what was so “inappropriate” about Papa’s relationship with the crewmember.

When Ellen asks if the two had sex, Pavelka coyly replies, “You’re going to make me turn red!”

When she presses, “So they slept together?” he merely replies, “That’s good.”

Former contestant Ashley Elmore, who was elminiated in the second week, also saw Papa and Callahan “snuggling” and “cuddling,” including lying on a couch together with his hand on her thigh, she told People.com.

Papa, on the other hand, insists the whole incident has been blown about of proportion to boost publicity.

“I absolutely feel betrayed by the show,” she tells Entertainment Tonight. “They want the ratings, and that’s what they’re getting.”

Fortunately, Pavelka was able to overlook the drama and find love on the show – more than once, in fact.

“The world tells you that your heart can only be in love with one woman at a time and that is absolutely not true,” he says. “That is one of the things I learned on the show. Your heart can fall for a lot of people at the same time, and it’s painful.”
