Edmond Santa Fe's Tyler Wisby won both the 200- and 400-meter races Thursday in the Metro Athletic Conference meet in Yukon.

Both Edmond Santa Fe track teams ran roughshod over the Metro Athletic Conference to claim the top team hardware Thursday afternoon. Originally scheduled for Edmond, the meet was moved to Yukon due to Edmond North and Santa Fe hosting regionals the succeeding week.

Wolf Josiah Hunter won the gold medal in the high jump and teammate Matt Guidice repeated the placing in the 800 meters. Demetrius Jones won two individual gold medals, speeding by the competition in the 110 high hurdles and the 300 intermediate hurdles for the Wolfpack.

The Santa Fe boys 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 relay squads also crossed the finish line first. The 4x100 consisted of Dhaniel Bly, Calvin Harkless, Cameron Westbrook and Robert Richmond while the 4x200 was comprised of Westbrook, Harkless, Richmond and Demetrious Jones. The 4x400 was ran by Jones, Marquon Davis, Leland Anderson and Guidice.

On the girls side, Lady Wolf Alaina Copper heaved the shot put the furthest and teammate Tyler Wisby smoked the field in both the 200 and 400 meters.

Santa Fe relay title winners for the Lady Wolfpack included both the 4x400 and the 4x200 squads. In the 4x400, Raven McAfee, Kysha Miller, Erin Hart and Tyler Wisby were the runners and in the 4x200 Dayonna Ruffin, McAfee, Hart and Wisby were the athletes.

Class 6A track regionals will be at Edmond North May 4 beginning at 9:30 a.m.
