Katy Perry has got fans sending over all the flame emojis, thanks to her almost-topless Instagram post from this year’s Met Gala.
Wow, didn't the singer look amazing on the red carpe? She wore a black lace Oscar de la Renta dress for this year's ball theme, which was Gilded Glamour.
Sharing a series of photos on Instagram, Katy gave fans an insight into her evening. She captioned her post: “darling darkness 🖤 @oscardelarenta” In the first photo, Katy is stood in the corner of a room with her arms out, her dress's long black train curved around to one side and a small lace hat covering one side of her face.
She later posted two photos of her Met Gala get-up on her Instagram grid, and the second photo showed the impressive lace design covering one side of her chest. Fans were obsessed with the photo, with one taking to the comments to rave about the look: “She understood the assignment 😍." Another typed: “Queen ily so much you ate that. [sic]"
Her 2022 Met Gala was one her more toned-down looks to date compared to her 2019 hamburger outfit, as well as her previous chandelier dress.
The star later shared a series of behind the scenes snap from the gala on her Instagram, showing one selfie video with Nicki Minaj and another of her cupping her boob.
