Ousted "Bachelor" Hot Mama Rozlyn Papa Suing Porn Sites
Rozlyn Papa might have gotten the boot from the ABC romancereality series "The Bachelor," but her lawsuit against several adult-oriented websites has gotten the go ahead in Los Angeles Superior Court, reports the Daily Breeze. The onetime contestant on the show's "On the Wings of Love" season says she was falsely identified as the talent in a sex video.Lawyers for spank-aiding sites like PornHub.com and Peeperz.com said though papa was "mistakenly identified" as being in the video, the story went with the video, titled "Rozlyn Papa's Sex Tape," was "protected free speech."
Papa claims the incident "caused her mental anguish and lost revenue, as well as a damaged reputation." She also says that damage carries over to her 7-year-old son. Shortly after the story was posted on the porn sites, a rep for Papa told the media "a cursory Internet search reveals that the clip appears to be from a 2004 porn movie titled Pole Position: Lex POV, directed by Lexington Steele," as reported by E!Online.
The 30-year-old mama was taken out of contention for the televised affections of Jake Pavelka after word surfaced she was involved in a relationship with show producer Ryan Callahan. She was confronted by host Chris Harrison, but denied any wrongdoing.
